For four years I have been learning the art of photography as well as the art of noticing. To sit at a lake and not see only water, but, the dragonfly seamlessly hovering across it, or the mallard resting by the nearshore. To see a family enjoying their first cookout in months and to see flowers ready to bloom. As a sophomore in college, you begin to realize there's much more to start noticing as you explore reality and that reality becomes a little scarier. The way I cope with that fear is by stopping and noticing the beauty in said reality. I am thankful for the world for without it there would be no moments to capture.
